Rewards for Asian/Oceanian countries that haven't been reedem

That´s my seconde ticket in five days! No answer until now!😡

It's outrageous what EA does to its users! BETA GAME! We spend FC points, time, money, the game is full of bugs, and on top of that, we get frustrated when we complete the objectives and don't get the rewards. I didn't get the Arab player, and it looks like Maradona is gone! I need Tim Cahil to complete the objective and this one is is extinct in the market.  Give the player to everyone like you did with Pelé, EA you have nothing to lose by doing this

Neglect! This company don't  answer, the objective endsshortly , and EA does nothing. I'm very angry, I want to sue the company for so much negligence.
