Issue Summary:
My account is currently locked in an infinite "Check for Rewards" loop. This was triggered by an Expired Evolution Objective item stuck in my Unassigned Pile. The system cannot validate this expired item, causing a synchronization failure that forces the game to crash or return to the main menu every time I attempt to access my items.
Technical Diagnosis:
The issue is a confirmed Back-end Inventory Sync Failure. Since the item is expired and "corrupted" on the server-side, it cannot be cleared via client-side troubleshooting (reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.).
Required Action:
I require a Manual Database Purge or a Data Correction to remove the invalid item ID from my Unassigned Pile. Standard advisors lack the tools for this; I need this escalated to the Studio/Engineering Team to break the sync loop manually.
