Black Coin stuck

Hello, i have a black coin FUT as an item in the store of ultimate team and it cannot be unlocked. So i can't open packs in the store. I'v also tried it on the app companion but it says the servers are undrrgoing maintenance. Please remove this item so i can play. Thank you.
