Blank Menu - No available fix.

When I first loaded into FC26, at the subtitle and colour-blindness calibration I tried to turn the subtitles off but instead I changed the colourblindness settings and when I tried to change it back the game crashed. When I restarted the game it loaded into the screen in the image attached. No menu items come up at all. On that screen I have tried to press multiple buttons to see if something might happen but all that happens is a manger avatar appears wearing their suit. I tried deleting the name, re-installing it. I tried the old-gen version too but it still had the same issue. I even tried on another xbox, it works perfectly on my cousins account but when I change to mine it shows the same screen with no way to resolve it. Could someone please assist?
