Can’t redeem an evolution from market

In the end of the season i got the packs and things from the season pass i didn't obtain and there is one evolution (ps/ps+) that i cannot redeem.

Because of that i have like 10 packs i cant open, when i try to open one it says “ Hmm.It seems you have items to manage before you can move foraward”

After i press ok and try to claim the evo it says “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.”
