CE-107928-7 error code

I am facing a problem in update to version 1000.030 before it is stable it gains error CE-107928-7 

Try to Rebuld database, cache clear , delete and re-install

Downloading to 16% and gain same error

Can't install. The data is corrupted. It will be deleted from your downloads and copies
