Didn’t get my tokens

I reached the weekly token cap without realizing it. I then claimed my Division Rivals rewards expecting to receive my FUTTIES tokens, but I received none. There was no clear warning that claiming while at the cap would cause me to lose the tokens. I spent the entire week earning these rewards, and I believe players should be warned before claiming if they won’t receive the tokens. I’d like this investigated and, if possible, have the missing tokens added to my account.
