Early access elimination tournament error

Hello,

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of EA FC 26 and have been playing the Early Access Elimination Tournament. When I try to enter a match, the game shows that I have one out of five entries available, but then I receive the following error message: “An error occurred while creating your game session. Please try again.”

Because of this, I cannot complete the tournament. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
