Evolution Items error

Since Friday, I have been unable to add the development item to my club. Due to this issue, I am missing out on TOTS packs and I cannot open the packs I already have. One of the core progression mechanics of the game is completely inaccessible, and this is directly blocking my progress.

The fact that this issue has been ongoing for days without a proper fix is unacceptable. This is not a minor bug—it is a serious problem that significantly disrupts the player experience.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and I request compensation for the losses I have suffered during this time. Otherwise, I must clearly state that this situation reflects very negatively on player satisfaction.
