fc26 is broken, no rewards, no support

Dear EA, your fc26 is broken. Didn't get Asia + Oceania rewards, tim cahill rewards and packs rewards from last week Squad Battles. What's next? Doesn't make any sense to play this game without proper technical support. Are you going to fix this issues and when?
