Forum Post – Ongoing Ultimate Team Lock Issue
I have been dealing with a serious Ultimate Team issue for several days and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of proper support.
I cannot claim Evolution rewards or any packs on console, web app, or companion app. I have tried multiple devices, different networks, and even different locations. Nothing works.
Support only provided basic troubleshooting steps that I had already completed. I was also told they cannot access my account to clear stuck items. If that is the case, then why hasn’t this been escalated to someone who can?
This is clearly a server-side transaction lock or stuck claim issue. My account progression is blocked and I am losing rewards because of this.
I am asking for this case to be escalated to a Game Specialist who can manually review and clear the stuck Ultimate Team transaction.
Please do not respond with generic troubleshooting steps. This requires backend intervention.
If anyone from EA staff is monitoring this forum, please assist.
