FPS Drops Problem (Game unplayable)

Hello, I'm having a big problem with FC 26. The game often has very severe FPS drops, making career mode unplayable for me. In some games, everything works perfectly, but in others, there are significant FPS drops right from the start, always 5-10 FPS, sometimes even after halftime. This is extremely annoying and frustrating. I've already tried reinstalling, updating drivers, and repairing via Steam, but nothing has helped. Having to restart the game completely every time is really annoying. I hope someone can help. Thanks.

I've also added my DXDiag file in case that's relevant to anyone.

    When I load up the game the menus are buttery smooth (100-144 frames). But when I go into Ultimate Team, it drops to 15 fps and starts stuttering like crazy, its unplayable. It sometimes gets fixed when I g out of UT and in again about 10 times. Even after it gets fixed, sometimes after a few games it starts to stutter again. I have had this problem since the start and have been dealing with it for 3 months. I have read a lot of posts abt people having the same problem. Please give me a solution. I have also provided the dxdiag file down below.
