Futties Tokens gone

Hi, This week I saved my rivals rewards for futties because I was close to my weekly limit, after some time I entered through the companion app and I didn’t get even a single warning that I was close to my limit and I forgot about it and now it’s gone and I only got 50 from the amount I deserve I think like 500. it’s really not fair and I’m really a big fan of this game but now it’s really disappointing.
