I opened a pack and I got this thing which is a gold rare card with a black circle circle which says “FUT” on it and whenever I try to redeem it, it says “There was a problem connecting to the FUT servers. Please try again later” and now I can’t open any packs because it won’t let me redeem it and this is affecting my progress and I want compensation.
Cant open any packs for 2 days now because of whatever this is , i tried redeeming it and quickselling it in game on the web app and in the mobile app , all end with the same error message server unavailable , reached out to customer support about it and was told its a common issue and that the "Team is investigating it and ..... bunch of corpo bs" didn't find it mentioned anywhere.
I have a black coin/token in my store which is an “unassigned item” however any time I try and redeem it, either on console or the web app, it gives me”server error” or “unable to connect to ultimate team”. It has been like this for over 2 days now, please can someone fix it.

I opened a pack and received a glitched unknown item. I cannot redeem, use or quick sell this item. My companion app couldn't help either so i cannot open any of my packs. Please help me im on ps5
It’s been happening to lots of people for the past couple of days including me and there is no fix to the glitch yet idk why
