Just hit lvl 40 and didn't get the players

I didn't know about this bug and dont have a video because I didn't know about it and it was too late and would like to have Tomori as he is a one of one for my team for chem and saw a person who solved a post like this one saying the UI is doing what it should and if it is then fix it because thats the dumbest thing imo and my 10 friends who play this game didn't know about this issue and I would like to have the team I like to play with bc the gameplay is ok now post patch and the rewards are bad and too slow for any game mode and tbh if I dont end up getting the players I rather just stop with Ultimate Team as Ive been grinding for this player and team.
