Lost 99’s

Two of my evolved Ultimate Team player items disappeared after I used ‘Remove Last Evolution.’ The players were a 99-rated Vithina and a 99-rated Cherki. I repeatedly removed their last Evolutions until the Evolution PlayStyles were gone. FC 26 then said the items were moved to Unassigned, but the Unassigned tab/count never appeared. I checked Unassigned and my Club and neither player is there. I did not quick-sell, discard, or submit either player to an SBC. Please investigate the missing items and restore them if possible.
