Missing Rewards: Players disappeared after claiming Oceania/Asia rewards

Hello,

I am experiencing a critical technical issue regarding my rewards in EA FC 26, and I need assistance getting my missing players back.

Issue Description: The issue occurred exactly during the region rollover/update timing, specifically when transitioning from America to Asia/Oceania.

Before the rewards could fully reload/refresh for the new cycle, I claimed some of my Asia/Oceania rewards. The game showed that I received the rewards, but when I checked my Club, none of the claimed players were there. They have completely disappeared.

It seems the system glitched during the region update, causing my rewards to vanish into thin air.

What I need: I would appreciate it if the support team could look into my account log, track the missing rewards, and restore the players to my Club as soon as possible.
