My objectives are not progressing

Last Friday i completed " Prime hero 1 " with one friend. He received Pablo Aimar but i dont . I have not played since today ,and all my objectives in UT are not progressing . 

Objectives not progressing in Ultimate tram : weekly ,all live events ,campaign events ,all season events and North America 

Objectives progressing: Weekly CLUBS ,and weekly season (includes all game mode)

In this morning , i have opened a chat and they give me 4 things to do ,but it didnt fix it. I opened a New chat this night and they say that they will inform about my problem and i need to wait.  Its frustrating but i hope they solve my problem quickly
