Same issue! It’s getting me mad cause I can’t access the transfer market without it

Same problem here, won’t let me complete the venturing out objectives because of it.

Same completed the foundations Evo and even unlocked a trophy for it on playstation but says not complete. Venturing out needs to be complete to unlock transfer market
