Season 4 pass and expired evolution

I have an expired evolution item that I can't use or get rid of. It's stuck because Season 4 was locked for me. After Season 4 ended, all the season's content was sent to me, and among it was the evolution item, which I believe is expired. Therefore, I can't use it, and it prevents me from opening packs and claiming rewards, hindering my progress in the game

 

This is very frustrating. I haven't even found support from the team. I can't continue to develop my team like this.

 

Does EA have a phone number or am email I can reach out ? I have been trying to get help for weeks and nothing....
