Season Pass Bug

Every time I login to my ultimate team account and try to access the FC Hub it says the season pass is unavailable or whenever I try to go to the objectives tab it freezes and forces me to reset the app and now I can’t access the option to purchase season 7 season pass when I get on the companion app it would let me claim items for season 6 but now I can’t
