Still no Asia/Oceania rewards on Switch

I have still not had my rewards after almost 3 weeks of this issue, and I'll be honest I haven't played UT games since because I've not wanted to be accused of getting rewards from the objectives now that they're fixed... 

Objectives screen still saying I've completed objectives in this category but I can't finish the others in the group because I haven't had the reward players...
