Unable to Start “Covering Ground” Evolution After 3 Completions

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with the “Covering Ground” Evolution in EA SPORTS FC.

I was able to complete this Evolution 3 times successfully, and the game still shows that I have 5 uses remaining. However, I can no longer start the Evolution with any eligible player.

Every time I press “Start Evolution”, I receive the message:

“An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.”

Important details:

• The problem only affects the Covering Ground Evolution.
• I can still use and complete other Evolutions without any issues.
• I can play matches, access the market, and use all other game features normally.
• The issue occurs with every eligible player I try, not just one specific player.
• The same error happens on FC Mobile and Xbox, which suggests it may be an account-related or server-side issue rather than a device problem.
• I have already restarted the game and tested multiple players, but the problem persists.

Could you please investigate my account and the status of the Covering Ground Evolution?
