Urgent: Ban appeal broken with "Case not created" error for 24+ hours

Hi Community Managers,

I am writing this to request an urgent manual escalation for my account. My FC 26 account was wrongfully banned recently, but when I try to submit an official appeal on EA Help website, it constantly throws the "Case not created" error. This has been happening for over 24 hours across different devices, networks, and browsers.

Furthermore, my account status seems totally glitching. Even though my account is currently permanently banned (Red Notice), I just received another automated email from EA today claiming my "Web App Transfer Market access is restricted" (Yellow Notice).

This multi-penalty conflict is clearly bricking the EA Help submission interface, making it completely impossible for me to create a ticket normally. Could a Community Manager please look into my account status and manually escalate my appeal to the Terms of Service (ToS) team?

    Hi EA_QueenBee,

    I have spent the last few hours testing every single workaround you suggested here, including using alternative signed-in normal accounts and the "Missing Content / Connection" routes. As you can clearly see from my attached screenshots, your new web support infrastructure is completely hard-coded to deadlock.

    1. Even when I use a 100% clean alternative account (fcfifa1123) that passes the "No Penalty History" check, clicking the submit button completely traps the request in an endless loop of self-serve support articles. It is physically impossible to reach a live human advisor or bypass this automated block on the frontend.
    2. The system is designed as a complete dead end on the frontend to stop victims of this glitch from ever speaking to a human.

    There is NO working manual entrance or chat link available on the web for us anymore. Since you already have my real affected EA ID (okbbq724), please stop pointing me to another automated dead end. I ask you to fulfill your role as a Senior Community Manager and manually escalate this systemic account conflict and website server error to the Higher Account Security / ToS Engineering Team immediately. Thank you!

    If you reach out to a live support advisor, they should be able to raise a ticket for you. Try opening a chat instead of accessing the form. That might help get you sorted in the meantime.

    Hi EA_QueenBee,

    Thank you for your reply. However, using an incognito tab without signing in does not work at all.

    1. EA Help requires a mandatory login to access the ban appeal form. Without signing in, it is physically impossible to submit an appeal for my specific EA ID (okbbq724).
    2. Once I sign in, the "Case not created" error instantly returns. This is NOT a browser cache issue; it is a critical backend server crash and an account status deadlock (conflicting between the Red ban and Yellow in-game message).
    3. Countless players are currently reporting this exact same server error on the forums and social media over the past 36 hours.

    I am not asking you to review my ban here. I am asking you to escalate this systemic website glitch ("Case not created" bug) to the web technical team so that paying customers can actually access the legal appeal channel. Please help report this server deadlock to the engineering team!

    Hey okbbq724​,

    Unfortunately we can't escalate cases to terms of service here on the forums. Could you try reaching out via an incognito tab and without signing in to see if that lets you either raise an appeal or reach out to live support?
