Weekend mood completely ruined - This bug is a total show-stopper

Hello again,

This is officially one of the biggest issues for all players, especially those who mostly play over the weekend. It is completely hilarious and frustrating at this point.

This reward bug is a total show-stopper. At the very least, EA could have given us the 89 Tim Cahill card ASAP to support everyone who is suffering from this issue, while they figure out the rest of the tracking problems.

Instead, we are left with absolutely nothing. Our weekend mood has been completely ruined. We are still waiting for all of our missing rewards, packs, and items from the Asia/Oceania promo, and we cannot even progress through the consecutive tasks.

EA needs to realize that our time over the weekend is limited and valuable. We need a real update and our rewards credited to our accounts immediately.
