EVO BUG‼️‼️

Please @EA I’m begging on hands and knees I’ve had a bugged evolution stuck in my rewards for 3 months already. It cannot be claimed or applied from my side. I’ve tried everything and spoke. To countless ea representatives who  and don’t have tools to fix this bug. It enough now I’ve begged for help for weeks and weeks. Do I need to buy a new console just to remove this bug EA??
