log in to companion app or web app create a blank squad set it to primary then log out of the app , log in to ea fc from your console or pc it should fix the issue as it did it for me
Me esta pasando lo mismo y todos nadie responde nada. No tienen servicio telefonico y cuando intento por el LIVE CHAT, me sale que mi session fue cerrada y que tengo que reiniciar. Al reiniciar aun no me deja usar el chat y sale lo mismo. Llevo intentando solucionar esto una semana, porfavor ayudenos.

I´ve been trying to play ultimate team, for the past week, but every time I try to connect to anything or even open the game, the connection error pops up. I´ve been going at everything trying to get it to work, I optimized my DNS, I verified the game files, I reinstalled the game, I restarted my router, I tried a VPN, I waited a week to see if it was the EA servers themselves, I tested my internet and it had no issues, I started using ethernet and still nothing changed. My pc has been running smooth, the internet has been running smooth, the game itself has been running smooth but it doesn´t want to let me connect to ultimate team, or anything that has an online function on it. I got the game about a month ago and initially everything was working perfectly, I was really enjoying playing ultimate team and I was really into it, its a really big bummer that I have not been able to get it to work and really have tried everything.
Es que no me deja entrar a ultimate team me dice que no sw puede conectar a los servidores
Disculpa, entendí mal y creía que era a la hora de entrar a un partido.
Si tras seguir las sugerencias del post anterior te sigue sin dejar entrar, te recomiendo ponerte en contacto con soporte directamente para ver si ocurre algún problema con tu cuenta EA.
Prueba con este enlace, puedes darle a "continuar como persona invitada" si no puedes iniciar sesión en tu cuenta EA:
a mi es que no me entra a ultimate team, he probado reinstalandolo y eliminando los ficheros para ver si se refrescaba algo y nada. se queda cargando en la pantalla de previsualizacion de los tots y te saca directamente.
¿Puedes probar entrando a Ultimate Team y volviendo al menú principal de FC manualmente para tratar de forzar el cierre de sesión? Una vez hecho eso prueba a cerrar el juego completamente y ver si te deja entrar.
Me sale que no puedo conectarsw a ultimate tema en en estos momentos me pasa desde el gaunlet en el partido cuatro probé a salirme a cerrar aplicación al cerrar aplicación ya no me deja entrar Ultimate el resto del juego me va bien clubes pero eso me deja jugar

hola, yo estoy teniendo un problema similar, cuando clico en ultimate team, en la pantalla de carga me sale un mensaje de "en este momento no es posible conectarse a ultimate team, volveras al menu principal",
todo esto tenia buggeado el gaunlet en el 4 partido, no me dejaba seguir y me sacaba siempre al menu
intente forzar una derrota saliendo en el ultimo partido a ver si con el dnf hacia algo y nada.
