Ps5 overheating & poor optimization in fc 26
I am reporting a severe, long-standing optimization issue in FC 26 (PS5) causing critical overheating and extreme fan noise, specifically in the Main Menu, Rush, and Career Mode.
Numerous users have been complaining about this for months with zero response or fixes from the development team. It is a known community grievance.
This is not a maintenance issue; it has persisted since my console was brand-new (1 month old).
This only happens with FC 26. Other AAA titles run silently.
"Kick-off" mode is stable, proving the overheating is caused by poor background resource management and uncapped FPS in the UI/Menus.
Stop ignoring the community. We need an urgent stability patch to prevent thermal damage to our consoles. This level of optimization is unacceptable for a AAA title.
