Carrer mode , progression

Hello, 

I noticed in all FIFA that in carreer mode all players that has less than 27 and a potential higher than their actual grade will all get get 1 or 2 point per year. This is not reality, because you end up with so many players above 88 after 5 years of carreer. It is not reality.

 Its basic data anylisis , take the mean average progression per year since FIFA 10 and you will see that a player does not always progress.

Inside the carreer settings when started a new one you can see vitesse développement senior /jeune , this is good but it apply only on your team, why ???? It should be apply on the entire system.

And with basics statistics you can compute the mean progression per category of age 16 20 , 21-25, 26-30, 31 35

And with just pure statistique gaussian law mean standard déviation you reproduce reality and for exemple see players that wont go above 76 even if they are 22 23 .

If you go deeper

When you are young you have a pic of progression that last 2 years , so during this pics you can get +5 +7 ect ...

But its one time and not all players get that pics  and the pics is variable, it should should be between 3 point and 7 points.
