EA Javelin Anticheat Error 87

Please see the attached report. The key issue is that EAAntiCheatService can be manually reproduced outside the game: it starts, then stops with Win32 Error 87 / "Invalid argument". The EAAntiCheat kernel driver is also missing after a complete Javelin reinstall.
