FC 26 Ultimate Team Connection/Routing Issue (VPN Fixes the Problem)

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report a network/routing issue affecting EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

Issue:

• Ultimate Team sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen.
• I am occasionally disconnected from Ultimate Team for no apparent reason.
• The issue happens when using my normal internet connection.

Troubleshooting already completed:

• Restarted my PC and router.
• Verified the game files.
• Confirmed Secure Boot is enabled.
• Updated Windows and graphics drivers.
• Tested multiple times.

Important finding:
When I connect to a VPN using a France server, the problem disappears completely:

• Ultimate Team loads normally.
• No random disconnections.
• Gameplay is stable.

This strongly suggests the issue may be related to the network routing between my Internet Service Provider and EA servers, rather than my PC or the game installation.

Could you please investigate whether there is a routing or regional server issue affecting my connection?
