Can not play co-op with friends on xbox / pc

So first of all I have an xbox account that is linked to my ea account.

I also have xbox gamepass ultimate so (ea play) is included.

I played ea fc 26 on my xbox series x but i switched to pc cause the gameplay is much more responsive than on console.

To play co-op with my friends on xbox, I have no problem to invite them but they can not invite me.

They can only invite my xbox account and not my pc account.

Is it because my pc account is linked to my xbox account?

It's a completely new account with a new team, I have my friends on my friendlist and vice versa, but still only I can invite them and they can not invite me.

Anyone else have this problem and how to solve?

I searched everywhere and I can not get in contact with ea help like we used to (chat with someone).

Any help is welcome
