Slow motion gameplay, stuttering screen

Buying the early access and the ultimate edition i starting playing. Had the same problem as allot of people. Changing it to minimised settings and 60hz fixed it. Was able to play online. Not beautifull, but at least smooth. Had to change the settings every loadup, but... was able to play after allot of disconnects (EA??). Now after the update it doesnt work again. Please fix this and refund is with a disconnect fix (i dont want to be punished for not finishing games, i cant play). And please refund me for not being able to play in this early stage. Missing out on Rivals, Squad Battles and Objectives.
