5 seconds delay FC26

The problem only occurs in online modes except for Rush mode. At the beginning of the game everything works fine but after about 10 minutes the game becomes unplayable and the lag increases to over 5 seconds. I don't have a problem with my internet connection. I've tried everything but I haven't found a solution.
