ACCOUNT STUCK IN FUT - Web App works, PC rejected (EA Help cases disappearing)
Hello. My Ultimate Team session in EA FC 26 on PC is completely stuck/frozen on your servers.
Whenever I try to enter Ultimate Team from the main menu, I get the error: "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu."
My Web App works perfectly fine. I can manage my club, which means my account is active and not banned. The PC game simply rejects the connection.
I have already tried EVERYTHING on my end:
Creating a new squad in the Web App and logging out properly.
Waiting for over 24 hours without logging into any app.
Clearing the EA App cache and reinstalling EA AntiCheat.
Flushing DNS, changing DNS to Cloudflare, and using a mobile hotspot.
None of this worked. The issue is 100% on the server side.
IMPORTANT: I cannot create a support ticket on help.ea.com. The site is broken - I submit the form, but it immediately disappears from "My Cases" and I get no confirmation email.
Could a Community Manager please look into this and manually kick/reset my active session from the database?
