GAME CRASHING

Hi, I have a problem. I bought FIFA a week ago and I can't play it. Every time I launch the game, it crashes after 2-3 minutes without any error. I managed to log in twice and play for a while, but more times I failed, and it keeps crashing. I tried some advice from the GPT chat and on YouTube, but nothing helped. I still can't play the game I just bought.
