Slow motion full time when play xD????

I'm having a problem with EA 26.

I have a 1060 6GB and a 10400F.

I've played every previous FIFA without any issues. Currently, I have low fps in the first menu of EA 26. I enter ultimate time and it's relatively smooth. I start a match and the game seems to be in slow motion and has lag. How can I fix this?
