Bad connection

Hello. I've been playing with a ping of 6 for several years, but for the past 3 months, I've been experiencing a ping of 40. It feels like I'm connecting to a more distant server. My internet provider says that everything is fine on their end and there are no delays, and they've asked me to provide the IP addresses of the servers for tracing. What should I do? Please help me.
