I play EA Sports FC 25 on PS5 (Ukraine). The connection is unstable despite low ping (16–18 ms) and 0% packet loss. After a few minutes, the game switches me to a US server with 140–160 ms ping. Tested via multiple Ukrainian ISPs (Kyivstar, Triolan, Volia, Lanet) — same result. I also tried VPN (Poland - Warsaw, Germany - Frankfurt): connection was better for several games, then the problem returned. Please check routing from Ukraine to European servers. The issue seems to be with incorrect server allocation.

I submitted a request through the EA Help "Contact Us" feature, but it only creates a topic (discussion) instead of an actual complaint to be reviewed by the technical staff. The connection has been terrible in all versions I’ve played — from FIFA 22 to FC 26.

Please help — where should I contact to finally resolve an issue that has been going on for many years?
