I am writing to appeal the temporary suspension of my account (UserId: 984252004034830336), which I received today with error code 0x00102710.

I want to clarify the situation. I am a long-time player and a loyal fan of the game. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time and personal funds into my team.

The suspension occurred right after I was disconnected from the match and tried to reconnect. I was forced to use a VPN service exclusively to stabilize my high ping and ensure a playable network connection. Without a VPN, the connection is unstable, making it impossible to play competitively.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time my account has been flagged due to VPN usage, but I assure you that I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage. My only goal was to reduce network latency.

I understand that the automated security system might view rapid IP changes as suspicious, but I kindly ask you to review my case manually. Please resolve this issue and unban my account. I value my account deeply and hope for your understanding and assistance.
