Base UT Hero Quaresma glitch!

I’ve seen it mentioned a few times but would like to raise more awareness.

On Sunday morning I packed base UT hero Quaresma, after the confetti popped and I seen his card pop up; when the full contents of the pack loaded up he weren’t there. There was just 11 players rather than the 12 we would usually receive in a prime gold players pack.

Later that day, by chance I checked my quicksell recovery section and there he was. I’ve now wasted 2 out of my 5 monthly recoveries trying to get him back only for him to be immediately discarded again. I’m worried if I keep trying I will run out of recoveries and will then have no chance of retrieving the item.

I hope this can be sorted ASAP as he’s one of the players I’m most looking forward to evolving and using as he was a favourite of mine IRL.
