Bug in shop when try to open pack

If you log into the web/companion app, are you able to open it there, or are you still having problems?

EA the 1 of 3 glory hunters team 2 pack is bugged and now I completed it won't open the last gold pack earned as it can't open the 1 of 3 pack and all it gives is unable to connect to server message this is now been happening since I played last night and to be honest is the reason I stopped playing and went to sleep . Can you please fix this bug so I can enjoy the game is it was supposed to be intended and I think that after the rough season your customers have had in regards to bugs and bad updates and in game glitches and the fact people have been exploiting these to win games by scoring one goal then quiting using a second ps player profile account and signing out of current one has been going on forever and this latest bug me

ans I can't open packs or do sbcs at all. When is this getting fixed and we're is my ,1 million coin compensation for time wasted waiting for you to actually have a game that works . More pre testing and less product adjustments required to make a stable and enjoyable game you can actually play that feels consistent.
