Evo item stuck in unassigned, preventing me from opening packs.
Hi everyone, I am experiencing a persistent issue in Football Ultimate Team that is preventing me from playing the game or opening any new packs. As seen in the attached screenshots, I have a Geliştirme (Evolution) item stuck in my Unassigned Items list. Every time I try to Assign All or send it to my club, I receive the following error message: There was an error connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later. I have already contacted EA Support regarding this issue, but their interventions were unsuccessful and the problem remains unresolved. Because this item is stuck in the unassigned section, I cannot open any packs or make progress in the store. I have already tried using the Web App and Companion App, clearing out other items in my unassigned list, and restarting the game and console multiple times without any success. It seems like a database synchronization error related to this specific Evolution card that requires a manual fix from the technical team. Could you please investigate this and manually clear the stuck item from my account? Thank you for your help.
