evos broken

Basically what happened was I applied the covering ground evolution from the season pass(which i payed for btw) to a player and I realised i wasnt happy so instead of finishing the evo i used the knew remove evo feature to take it off him.No i tried to apply the evolution to maldini and this error code just shows up.Anyone any idea whats going on or any solutions?.
