I logged into the companion app and claimed the rivals rewards and had 80 tokens before claiming now it only gave me 30 tokens and when checking it said I’ve reached the maximum token even though ive only played fut champions and a couple games of squad battles but the rewards are on Sundays so what happened to my 600 tokens or is the champs tokens are with the futties tokens?
Hello, I noticed that the weekly limit for Futties tokens resets on Friday evening instead of Thursday like the FOF tokens. This change forces us to stop playing Rivals for almost 2 days if we want to collect the full amount of tokens. It’s quite unfortunate to be forced to sit out the mode for 2 days just to get our full rewards. I’d appreciate it if this could be reviewed.
We played the previous season and we all know that the limit reset on thursday when the rivals rewards are out.
this week ea decides to quietly change it and make the limit reset on firday, so everyone who werr already close to the token limit snd claimed there rivals rewards, received a very small amount of futties tokens or none.
In my case i should received 600 futties tokens and i received 270.
Note: no warning message that we ste hitting the limit popped out as well. This is unfair and a waste of our time okaying the game, ea shoul roll out all lost tokens to players who were affected by this.
im at 1000/1000 on the store and i didnt know and i did all the token sbcs are the tokens from that just gone or do i get them on friday please reply

I got the upgraded rival rewards (division 7) and only received 60 ditties tokens when my rewards are saying 275 tokens I should receive anyway I can sort it get it sorted
Tokens are supposed to reset today. I open rivals to play and claim my tokens only to see that I got 100 tokens out of the 500 I'm supposed to get. Like, wtf is wrong with this game and the people who run it?? All my grind gone!! F this poes game, I'm done!!
YES I LOST 425 FUTTIES TOKENS BECAUSE EA LEFT THE RESET ON FRIDAY INSTEAD OF IT BEING WITH RIVAL REWARDS
I reached the weekly token cap without realizing it. I then claimed my Division Rivals rewards expecting to receive my FUTTIES tokens, but I received none. There was no clear warning that claiming while at the cap would cause me to lose the tokens. I spent the entire week earning these rewards, and I believe players should be warned before claiming if they won’t receive the tokens. I’d like this investigated and, if possible, have the missing tokens added to my account.
Have they fixed this yet I just claimed my rewards but no tokens.

This is ridiculous, I just claimed my rivals rewards, no tokens received or warning message, so I've probably just lost 500 tokens.
The warning message needs adding to rivals rewards too.

I believe I am missing FUTTIES Tokens from two different rewards.
I completed both Division Rivals Tier 1 and Tier 2 before the rewards deadline. My Reward Upgrade showed 375 FUTTIES Tokens, but I only received 10 FUTTIES Tokens.
I also completed the FUTTIES Swaps 86 SBC, but I did not receive the expected FUTTIES Tokens. I saw a message saying "0 / 0 FUTTIES added to Store" after completion.
Could you please check my account and verify if any FUTTIES Tokens are missing?

So Im In division 5 in rivals and I had 24 points so I should of got the full reward but I got half it said I get 40k coins I got 20k and it said I get 450 tokens i only got 275 so I’m asking can u give me the other half bcs this is not fair Ty EA
Same here , I really hate this game. Why does it always have to glitch. I opened the webapp and when i claimed the rewards i only got 180 i was supposed to get 600 like hello??? I wanted to open a pack during the 99 spanish team event , oh well guess i wont.
Just talked to the ea help and they said you’ve reached the maximum tokens and we cant do anything abt it since it’s automated even though I mentioned i haven’t played anything other then fut champs and rivals so how could’ve reached the maximum limit so in general a big f u to the face by ea
So the day of when the cap resets from the old FOF tokens just randomly changes with not anywhere near enough indication to the user of that happening, then you give no warning when claiming rewards and now we just get nothing? Absolutely typical. Also just lost 600 tokens to this - What a company.
I was supposed to receive 500 tokens as Rivals rewards, but I only received 130 due to a weekly limit I wasn't informed about; I wish to file a complaint.
Why change time and day for tokens and rewards ? I claim my rivals did not get any of my 600 today go ceck store say Friday at 19.00 why every week same time and now this and you can go do sbc for tokens now but not get them. Fix it give my 600.toolems do not play 24 points for nothing .thx
Well for me I actually found out i reached my weekly limit but it used to reset on thursday each time rivals rewards come out, but ig now they changed, its reset to each time champs open. Another L from ea
Hi, This week I saved my rivals rewards for futties because I was close to my weekly limit, after some time I entered through the companion app and I didn’t get even a single warning that I was close to my limit and I forgot about it and now it’s gone and I only got 50 from the amount I deserve I think like 500. it’s really not fair and I’m really a big fan of this game but now it’s really disappointing.

The same thing happened to me too, was supposed to get 500 points but only got 100. Right now I'm sitting here trying to find a reason not to delete this game. Like, why change it to Friday when rewards are today?? So that means Thursday we shouldn't open rivals?? Like, this token thing is actually freaking stupid when you think about it.
