Season Evolution Reward Stuck for 2 Months – Blank Page / Cannot Redeem

I have a Season Progress evolution reward that has been stuck in the Store for about 2 months. Things I Already Tried-Redeeming on console,Redeeming on the companion app,Using the web app,Restarting the app,Waiting for updates,None of these worked and the item has been stuck for about 2 months. EA support told me the issue is likely server-side and may require a game patch. Please if required manually refresh this iteam.
