Unreedemable item

Cant open any packs for 2 days now because of whatever this is , i tried redeeming it and quickselling it in game on the web app and in the mobile app , all end with the same error message server unavailable , reached out to customer support about it and was told its a common issue and that the "Team is investigating it and ..... bunch of corpo bs" didn't find it mentioned anywhere.
