A Very Disappointed FC 27 Customer - Premium Price, Broken Gameplay

I am genuinely disappointed with EA SPORTS FC 27.

I purchased this game expecting a premium football experience. I have also spent additional real money on Ultimate Team packs.

Instead, I am dealing with severe lag, delayed inputs, unreliable gameplay and tactics that can unexpectedly change my players' positions.

The problems extend beyond online multiplayer. Even menus and matches against AI-controlled opponents can feel frustratingly sluggish.

I have spent hours changing settings, rebuilding my squad and troubleshooting problems instead of enjoying the game.

On top of that, repeated duplicate rewards from packs and SBCs make the Ultimate Team experience even less satisfying.

I understand that pack contents are random and that duplicate items are possible. However, I find the overall experience deeply disappointing considering the money and time I have invested.

The fundamental issue is simple: this game does not currently provide the reliable experience I reasonably expected from a premium-priced product.

Players should not be forced to repeatedly troubleshoot basic gameplay functions.

EA should prioritise technical stability, responsiveness, functioning tactical systems and honest communication about known problems.

I want the development team to acknowledge these concerns and explain what concrete improvements are planned.

I am tired of paying for a supposedly premium experience that feels unfinished and unreliable.
