All my coins taken for no reason.

I have just had all my coins taken away for apparently buying coins. I saw a tiktok about Quansah going to rise for leaked evo. I brought around 20 for ~1000 coins and sold some for 7500 coins which was his price on the market at the time. Then I got a message saying I had brought coins and all my coins were wiped I had over 2,750,000 coins at the time which I had got from opening packs with FC points. I have went on ea support chat and they basically say they can’t help me. Please can someone help me, how do I get my coins back?

    It can take a few days to get a response, depending on a number of factors (like how much volume they have to deal with). I'm afraid I can only recommend that you're patient while they work.

    Hiya I got in touch with them 24 hours ago and I still haven’t heard anything, I’m very confused on why this hasn’t been rectified by now
