Allow Full Player Age Editing and Retirement Control in Career Mode

Dear EA SPORTS FC Development Team,

I am a long-time FIFA player who has loved this series for many years. Unfortunately, I have gradually lost my excitement for the game because Manager Career Mode does not offer the freedom I would like. I now play much less than I used to, and I genuinely want to fall in love with this game again.

I am not interested in Ultimate Team or online competitive modes. For me, football games are about managing a club, making transfers, developing players, building a team, and creating my own football story over many seasons.

My biggest request is to give players full control over footballers’ ages and retirement in Manager Career Mode.

Imagine being able to start a career where every footballer in the game, including real players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, is 16 years old. Their real faces, names, appearances, and player identities should remain unchanged. I want to experience their careers from the beginning and continue playing with them for as many seasons as I want.

I would love to see the following features added:

1. Full Player Age Editing: Allow us to change the age of every footballer in the game, including real players, before starting a career.
2. Preserve Real Player Identities: Changing a player’s age should not replace or alter their real face, name, appearance, or identity.
3. Retirement Controls: Allow us to disable retirement or customize when players retire.
4. Custom Career Settings: Give us the option to configure player aging and retirement before starting a new career.
5. Long-Term Career Freedom: Let us play for 20, 30, or even more seasons without losing our favorite players simply because the game decides they are too old.

I understand that online modes are important to many players. However, there are also players like me who enjoy football games primarily for the offline career experience. We want the freedom to create our own football universe, manage our favorite clubs, develop players, and decide how our careers unfold.

This is not just a small feature request for me. It is the difference between losing interest in the game and having a reason to return and enjoy it for years to come.

I have played FIFA for many years, and I genuinely want to enjoy EA SPORTS FC again. Please consider giving Manager Career Mode more freedom, customization, and control so that players can create the football world they have always dreamed of.
